TintGO ("we," "our," or "us") is a business management application designed for window tinting professionals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.
By using TintGO, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information We Collect

Account Information
- Name, email address, and password (encrypted) when you create an account
- Business name, phone number, and address
Business Data
- Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, and service addresses
- Vehicle information (year, make, model) for automotive jobs
- Appointment schedules, job details, and service records
- Quotes, invoices, and pricing information
- Inventory records (film brands, quantities, stock levels)
Location Data
- GPS location data is collected only when you actively use the mileage tracking feature
- Location data is used solely to calculate distances driven for business mileage records
- You can disable location access at any time through your device settings
Photos
- Photos taken or uploaded for job documentation and completion records
- Business logo images uploaded for invoices and branding
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the TintGO application
- Manage your account and business data
- Enable customer management, scheduling, and invoicing features
- Track mileage for business expense records
- Generate reports and business analytics
- Send notifications about jobs and appointments (when enabled by you)
Third-Party Services
TintGO integrates with the following third-party services:
- RevenueCat — Always active for managing in-app subscriptions and purchase validation. Subject to their Privacy Policy.
- Stripe — Optional. For payment processing. When you connect your Stripe account, payment data is handled directly by Stripe under their Privacy Policy.
- Twilio — Optional. For SMS notifications. When enabled, customer phone numbers are shared with Twilio to deliver text messages under their Privacy Policy.
- SendGrid — Optional. For email notifications. When enabled, customer email addresses are shared with SendGrid to deliver emails under their Privacy Policy.
Stripe, Twilio, and SendGrid are only activated when you provide your own credentials in the app settings.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted password storage using bcrypt hashing
- Session-based authentication with secure tokens
- Multi-tenant data isolation — your business data is completely separated from other users
- HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your business data is private and only accessible to you and the team members you invite to your business account.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and view all data stored in your account
- Update or correct your personal and business information
- Export your business data (customers, jobs, invoices)
- Delete your account and associated data by contacting us
- Revoke location and camera permissions through your device settings
Children's Privacy
TintGO is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
