How do I create my first customer?
Go to the Customers tab, tap the + button, and fill in the customer details including vehicle info, window selections, and pricing. Your customer card will be created and ready to schedule.
How do I accept payments through the app?
Go to Settings, scroll to the Stripe section, and enter your Stripe API keys. Once connected, you can generate payment links on any invoice and send them to customers via email or text.
How do I add team members?
Go to Settings and tap Team Management. From there you can invite technicians and managers by email. Each role has customizable permissions so you control what your team can access.
How does inventory tracking work?
Add your film rolls in the Inventory tab with brand, shade, roll size, and footage. When you complete a job, TintGO automatically deducts the film used and alerts you when stock is running low.
Can I use TintGO for residential and commercial jobs?
Yes. When creating a customer, choose Residential or Commercial as the job type. The form adapts to capture square footage, window count, and appropriate pricing for non-automotive work.
