1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TintGO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TintGO.

2. Description of Service

TintGO is a mobile business management application designed for window tinting professionals. The app provides:

• Customer relationship management (CRM)
• Job scheduling and calendar integration
• Invoice generation and sending
• Inventory tracking and management
• Mileage tracking
• Business analytics and reporting

3. Subscription and Payment

TintGO offers a 7-day free trial followed by a paid subscription:

• Monthly Plan: $69.99/month
• Yearly Plan: $59.99/month (billed annually at $719.88/year)

Payment is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective terms of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

4. Free Trial

New users are eligible for a one-time 7-day free trial. The trial provides full access to all app features. After the trial period ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the app.

Only one free trial is available per user/device. Abuse of the trial system may result in suspension of access.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All data you enter into the app, including customer information, pricing, and business records
• Maintaining backups of your business data using the export feature
• Ensuring compliance with local laws regarding data collection, privacy, and business practices
• Obtaining necessary permissions from your customers before storing their personal information
• The accuracy of invoices, quotes, and other business documents generated through the app

6. Data and Content

You retain full ownership of all data and content you create within TintGO. We do not claim any rights to your business data, customer records, photos, or documents.

You are solely responsible for backing up your data. While we take reasonable measures to ensure data integrity, we are not liable for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app to store or transmit malicious content
• Share your subscription access with others
• Circumvent or manipulate the subscription or trial system
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair its functionality

8. Intellectual Property

TintGO and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of TintGO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal business purposes.

This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

TintGO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for business decisions made based on data or analytics provided by the app

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to TintGO at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your license to use the app is revoked
• You should export your data before access is removed
• Any prepaid subscription fees for unused periods may be refunded at our discretion

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
